ActiveCampaign is online Email Marketing Software that integrates with Unbounce. They have some cool social media features that let you see how your subscribers are interacting with your campaign pages on social networks.
Usage:
1. Creating groups:
When a business admin user is created in CRM a group gets created in CRM and Active campaign automatically by the company name entered by the user and that user gets added to that group.
Go to User Management->Create New User
Enter the necessary details of user select user type as “System administration user” and user role as “business admin” and click on save.
A group gets created in an Active campaign by the name of a company and that user gets added in users under that group.
One group and the respective user gets created in Active campaign successfully. ActiveCampaign API returns a response which is fetched in CRM and saved in that user's record.
Note: Groups are created only for business admin users. Enter all the mandatory fields because certain fields are needed to create groups and certain to create users.

2. Creating users:
In CRM when a user is created as business admin then his user gets created automatically in an Active campaign. Other users can be added by the business admins.
Login to CRM as business admin. Go to user Management->Create New user
Now while creating user select the groups from the “add to group” multi-select dropdown. The user will then get added to that group.

3. Creating list:
Note: List will get created only for business admins and business sub-accounts added by the agency admins.
Scenario for business admins
When a business admin user is created in CRM a list is created by the company name in ActiveCampaign.
Scenario for agency admins
When an agency admin creates a business sub-account user a list gets created in Active Campaign by the name of a company of business sub-account.
4. Creating contacts/leads:
Scenario for business admins:
In CRM when a lead is created and assigned to a business admin user then that lead gets added to the list which was created for the business admin in ActiveCampaign.
Scenario for agency admins:
In CRM when a lead is created and assigned to a business sub-account user then that lead gets added to the list which was created for the business sub-accounts in ActiveCampaign.
